| Duties and Responsibilities |
Once Centerfield has invested, we seek to develop active and supportive relationships with management. We do not become involved in day-to-day operations. Management is responsible for executing within the framework of a strategic plan upon which we have agreed. Our involvement is in strategic planning, attracting and evaluating additions to senior management, and facilitating financings. When a portfolio company needs additional capital to continue its growth, we work closely with management to identify other prospective investors and help structure the terms of their participation.
